Jillvo Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1 General Description

Jillvo is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international license. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between Jillvo and its users. By accessing Jillvo's website, mobile app, or any other platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms.

6 Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds may only be used to bet on eligible games.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jillvo. If identified, immediate action will be taken:

• Transactions involving money laundering or funds of illegal origin.
• Betting using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate jillvo's systems.
• Placing bets using insider information.
• Disrespectful or abusive behavior toward the support team or other users.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Jillvo may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of terms and conditions violations.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• KYC verification failure.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• After a prolonged period of inactivity.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification, though bonus balances will be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

• When account loss results from the user's own negligence.
